Core Systems sustains operational systems to facilitate financial service functions across the university.

We provide innovative, specialist IT and business solutions for QUT departments responsible for delivering business and financial functions.

We also maintain and provide technical support for the operation of corporate systems and ancillary systems which primarily process business and financial functions. These predominantly include the;

1. QUT Finance System (currently Oracle eBusinessSuite Release 11.5.10)
2. QUT HR/Payroll System (currently Talent2 Alesco Base Release 11). 

We provide integration to various systems which include and are not limited to;

2. Corporate card
3. Cashiering
4. Internet payments
5. Fleet management
6. Cabcharge
7. Printery
8. Postage
9. Telephone
10. Internet access service.
