Data warehouse is the outcome of the SMARTA Venture, which existed as a University project from 2001 to 2003. Data warehouse is a data warehouse development, with associated management information reporting through the corporate Business Intelligence tool, Business Objects.
Data warehouse draws on a range of information systems across the University to provide integrated information for a variety of functions, such as teaching, research, students, staff statistics, space management and performance information.
Data warehouse is being further enhanced during 2007 through the availability of user-friendly and informative reports delivered through Business Objects.
Data warehouse reports are available to staff of the University.
The Data warehouse development team are physically located on Level 9 of 126 Margaret Street, Brisbane.
