Three-year plans for faculties and divisions are developed annually within
organisational areas during June and July each year. The plans, along with
associated planning documents in response to the Planning
and Budgeting Package are discussed with the Vice-Chancellor in Planning
and Budget meetings in August/ September. Workforce Planning, strategic
risk management, organisational performance management,
and budget position are also discussed at this meeting. Faculty Deans and Division
Heads are required to report on progress against the targets in the plan in
subsequent years. The Plans are approved by the Vice-Chancellor.
