QUT Council in September 2003 requested the University establish the necessary policies and procedures for the effective operation of QUT Enterprise Holdings Pty Ltd and any subsidiaries.
A "Subsidiary Company Pro-forma Manual" which is designed to guide the establishment and governance of QEH and its subsidiaries has now been prepared.
Use of the pro-forma manual will allow any subsidiary company to customise the contents and create a company manual specific to their business operations ensuring compliance with QUT corporate governance and reporting requirement.
