In 2003, the Division of Finance and Resources Planning introduced a new Budget
Tool to assist staff of the University to develop, manage, monitor, and report
on their budgets more easily. The tool is called Oracle Financial Analyzer, or
OFA. It is managed through the Management Accounting Team (MAT).
