FRP reporting is delivered primarily through the QUT Data Warehouse QCR (QUT Corporate Reporting). Reports can be delivered either in web based format, Business Objects, Excel pivots, or in some circumstances as flat file outputs.
Reports can generally be divided into the following areas:
Corporate Dashboard provides access to the Business Intelligence Student reporting framework.
Financial Reports provide access to the Fin Portal application allowing for easy access to actuals information.
Performance provides access to various performance reports and indicators including QUT's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Planning provides access to forecasting data, load management and other planning information.
Research provides access to various research related reports, pivot tables, national comparative data and tool kits for various research data collections.
Staff provides access to information on QUT staff and staff equity measures, national comparative data and tool kits for staff data collections.
Students provides access to various student-related reports and information, national comparative data and tool kits for student data collections.
Surveys provides access to the various survey reports available within QUT. These include Learning Experience Survey, Australian Graduate Survey and QUT Experience Surveys.
